代表想法上的矛盾衝,有時候是自己跟自己過不去,

可能與習慣性的自我批判及自我否定有關.

有時候是指像自己跟其他人之間的爭鬥,因為歧見太深沒辦法達成一致性,

呈現出非常悲傷的情境,但同時提醒我們面對而不是忽略!
