鳳梨苦瓜雞

手工製的鳳梨豆豉罐頭,加上新鮮苦瓜及烏骨雞,風味應該是很棒的>



材料:白苦瓜一條、烏骨雞半隻、蔭瓜少許、鳳梨豆豉罐半罐
調味料:酒一大匙

作法:1.白苦瓜去籽切小塊
2.烏骨雞滾水中川燙約一分鐘,撈起洗淨
3.將材料全放入鍋中,約30分鐘後,加入調味料即可。
