還真的可以這樣瘦!

真開心...現在體重終於有明顯的下降,都胖了那麼久...唉....辛苦!


每天五點前只吃一餐,之後就都不吃了,然後晚上去打球或是跑步...


少喝飲料,盡量喝茶或是水(說是盡量,我幾乎辦不到~~)


唉...好煩...又要恢復跟以前一樣曼妙的身材了~~真捨不得( = = 凸  )  哈



假如真的跟以前一樣了~應該不會再因為胖而被...被...痾......要使用甚麼詞勒?
我不知道ㄝ!
