新年新的期望

牛年大家有許下什麼期望呢?

自從接下樓層主管兼專櫃代理人

也經過了開店後第一次的聖誕/過年

漸漸浮現了自己沒注意到的細節

時時提醒自己隨身攜帶筆記

紀錄好與壞.並建立檔案

其實我發現呀!

人~才~是最最重要的

不要搞到最後演變成~人~裁

嗯~要開始訓練人員了

先前時日都是大多我一人單兵作戰

要使自己及我的隊員們逐步正軌

有學習才有進步

不要進來了公司都沒學到好經驗

就默默離開公司

實在不值呀~

不能再當*園長*

要做當兵*班長*

期望能順順利利..替自己加油!!
