焗烤咖哩飯



名稱:焗烤咖哩飯(經濟低廉版)

食材:里雞肉.洋蔥..(也可放入紅蘿蔔.馬鈴薯).起士司.白飯

調味:咖哩粉.糖.味精.奶油

做法:將洋蔥切丁or角..倒入乳瑪琳or沙拉油..爆香後丟入里肌肉

       拌炒.放入適量的水..調味後將白飯丟入攪拌.放入焗烤用的玻璃
     
       容器.上面撲上起士司.放入烤箱.烤至金黃色澤即可
