好像感冒了

                                         感冒好痛苦喔!




        
          起床就覺得懶洋洋的...




又不想去看醫生.....因為藥吃太多....對身體的免疫系統有損害



                        
用老舊的方法....多喝水多休息




這是阿嬤....那一代傳承下來滴......


                    每次感冒...就用這一步.........




                 不會對身體有損傷.......真是個好辦法...
