I am so new to his songs that I don't know which one is in which album most of the time. So here is the latest findings. I understood that he sang a song for the All In drama by Lee Byung Hun under the name of WHO but I never paid attention which song it was. So today, I watched the first episode of All In and fell asleep 1/3 into the episode. Not wanting to wait anymore, I fast forwarded to the end and wow, his voice came on nice and bright. I could imagine how that song could wake everyone up with that incredible clear voice. I'm not sure if I'll continue to watch the young Lee Byung Hun but now I know all about this song.  Thanks to kreah-craze.com for doing up the lyrics and even translations. The original All In OST from Korea is out of print but perhaps you could wait for an overseas version here.  If you can't wait, then you could buy this 3 CD compilation where the third CD has these celebrities singing and his is on CD3 track 5. This song was recorded in Japanese in the Japanese version of Gi Byul CD Track 12 and is called by the same name 初めて出逢った日のように. There is also a new Japanese version for this song in Sometimes album and you could sample that one here. I personally like the Korean version much better because it is his mother tongue. The instrumentals of the new version lighten the entire song and it doesn't feel as heavy. Definitely a pretty piece compared to the first Japanese version. I sometimes wonder how he felt singing his songs in Japanese and whether he would rather sing in Korean? Now that I think about it, he's very hardworking and talented to be able to produce Japanese albums for the Japanese market. I was reading an article today and it said that Hallyu actors the term doesn't mean much to Japanese anymore because having Korean entertainment has become a way of life for many Japanese. For a moment, I thought about Park Yong Ha not wanting to be called a Hallyu celebrity but if he had read this, would he have felt a bit more consoled. After all, it's just work. But of course, he had a lot of other heartaches, including him not being able to be popular in Korea and not recognized as A listed actor as per the press reported. If he had only waited until the new drama, it could have changed. And if Kwak Gyeong-taek really would work with him, his fortune might have changed. Sigh....Just plain bad timing.
