睡 不 著

我這幾個禮拜

都睡不好

一天都只睡4~6小時

連去金典上班

下班累個半死

還是睡一下就醒

這種FU很難過

明明很累卻睡不著

我不知道我怎麼了

我半夜一定睡不著

睡白天也是一下就醒

我好想可以一覺到天亮

是壓力嗎?

還是環境?

我不知道了啦~
