台南棺材板

材料:鹽.糖.胡椒鹽.(可有可無香菇絲).鮮奶.或奶粉.乳酪條.三色豆.(可有可無火腿).

           洋蔥.土司.中卷.麵粉.酒.蠔油.蝦仁.香油.蒜末.烹大師......

烤箱預熱.200度土司烤2分鐘翻面在烤2分鐘

海鮮必須先川燙10秒過.三色豆滾水煮3分鐘(中卷.花之.魷魚皆可)

預備500cc鮮奶+1杯中筋麵粉打蛋器~攪拌均勻

醬汁:2平匙沙拉油熱+3杯洋蔥末+半杯蒜末炒至香味+2杯水熱+1平匙白糖.半平匙鹽

            + 蠔油半杯+1斤三色豆煮沸+1000cc鮮奶

            +3杯乳酪絲+1斤蝦+1斤中卷+預留500cc鮮奶等呈濃狀Ps:注意容易焦需小火

     煮滾濃狀即可.......
