我也要寫減肥日記辣..

2009.07.16 早餐..燒餅蛋..剛幾口的豆漿...
早上到中午有喝每招健康綠茶
中午吃..1ㄍ冬粉..一ㄍ鴨血..一ㄍ肉..杏包菇..魯的
晚上..鳳梨..芭樂..幾顆鉿利..蘿蔔..
總覺得好像沒瘦..我要加油..變漂亮..ㄚ..要多動..想去學瑜珈..還是有氧勒..在想想嚕..禮拜六要參加la new..健走..希望多留一些汗..
