Adriana's Lemon Chicken

This is so easy it's incredible.

Serving: 4
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 60 minutes
Total Time: 75 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
1 package boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
1/2 large bottle ReaLemon juice
Italian seasonings to taste (oregano, thyme, rosemary, etc.)



DIRECTIONS:
1. Wash and put chicken breasts or thighs into deep pan. Drench each breast or thigh individually with lemon juice, and then pour enough in the pan so that the chicken is in juice at least 1/2" deep. Sprinkle the seasonings very generously.

2. Bake at 375 degree F for 1 hour.
