練習5K

為了下週的"北頭洋"半馬成績
(不想讓這次的成績變成是墊底賽事)
所以展開輕鬆跑的練習
5K 28"33 跑完時腳沒有不適的感覺
只是跑到8分鐘時有點小小的不適所以只好邊跑邊修正姿勢
我想大概是因為身體的跑步記憶消失了吧
或者是之前因為腳修 所以才會有不一樣的姿勢出現
