9/24

今天因為頭痛請假在家,睡到中午,起來時只喝了一杯牛奶,
下午跟死黨約吃晚餐,簡單的吃了二菜一肉一豆腐的合菜,
還好「媽媽廚房」有十穀飯,讓我少一些熱量,
晚上回家吃了二片餅乾約30g、柚子約50g、全脂鮮奶二小口約50g,
這樣應該沒破功吧.....
