9/9記錄~66.2kg

雖然沒臉見江東父老~還是要厚著臉皮記錄
看著我的體重一眠大一吋ㄟ害
再不記錄~我的體重可能又會恢復以前的數字了....

早餐:全麥火腿肉鬆蛋三明治*1.統一草莓蜜豆奶*1

午餐:便當(飯.蒜泥白肉榨菜魯白蘿蔔豆輪,.小黃瓜).

下午茶:海苔6片.花生夾心1片.

晚餐:飯1/3碗.地瓜葉.韭菜花.炒肉片2片.蛋花湯1碗

運動:踏步機30分鐘

親子共讀:糊塗發明博士

可能之前吃慣了~下午覺得肚子很餓ㄋㄟ
要慢慢縮小飲食~
