真是胖很大~~~

早餐:三明治*1.無糖高纖豆漿1瓶

午餐:三明治*1.豬腳1塊.雞翅膀1支.紅蘿蔔湯1碗

晚餐: 加班無刺虱目魚肚粥

水分: 普洱茶800cc.

運動:

過兩天還有飯局~真怕體重一發不可收拾ㄚ
