6/30記錄~64.1kg

昨晚的晚宴讓我差點又陷入地獄~又偷懶沒運動
今天一定要少吃多動~
anita早上起不來<昨晚不知道在興奮什麼的搞到12點多才睡>
最後當然由爸拔送去學校囉


早餐:麵包1個<300大卡>

午餐:蕎麥涼麵<507大卡>.花生米10顆

下午茶:俊美鳳梨酥1個<115大卡>-從娘家帶回來的

晚餐:秋刀魚半尾.高麗菜.雞湯2碗<含雞肉1塊>.芭樂半顆

水分:茶1000cc.普洱茶200cc

運動:無~

老爺七點多回來直喊熱~
所以吃完飯~8點多我們去游泳池玩水
回到家9點多~就覺得好累
老爺幫anita洗澡~ 真好
10點多我就睡了~
