6/29記錄~64.3kg...爆肥

在娘家放縱了兩天~體重果然上升的嚇人
重新努力囉~

早餐:全麥三明治*1

午餐:奶油培根義大利麵<414大卡>

下午茶:俊美鳳梨酥1塊<115大卡>-從娘家帶回來的

晚餐:獅子會晚宴-珍豪餐廳

水份:茶1000cc

運動:無

晚上吃了幾道菜就趕緊"酸"了
回到家9點半~
老爺已經幫anita洗好澡了
正在念書給anita聽
父女倆開心的ㄌㄟ~哈
我也偷懶沒運動~
