早餐:乾拌意麵.香蕉牛奶250cc

午餐:帶便當<飯2/3碗.苦瓜.洋蔥炒蛋.秋刀魚半尾.泡菜>卡卡蝦薯餅5片

下午茶:愛之味寒天仙草

晚餐:洋蔥炒蛋.葫蘆瓜.秋刀魚1尾

水分:茶1000cc.普洱茶500cc

運動:踏步機30分鐘
