早餐:旺旺仙貝2包<4片>.梅子綠茶200cc

午餐:帶便當<飯1碗.蔥蛋.焗杏包菇.炒敏豆.青江菜>.蘋果1顆

晚餐: 諾貝爾奶凍蛋糕<草莓.芋頭各1片>.筍子湯1碗

水分:普洱茶1000cc

晚上去找lingo老師~
看了兩齣排練的戲
好開心~
