還好有瘦下0.2kg~
昨晚踩完踏步機後有照著諮諮的媽媽教我的方法
東槌槌西敲敲~振動我的肥肉
有效耶~~

早餐:火腿玉米蛋三明治1份.黑糖水200cc

午餐:涼麵<小>1份.鳳爪5支.蘋果1顆 

下午茶:ㄚ明請客<五十嵐的中杯無糖珍珠綠茶+冰淇淋>...違禁品又出現了

晚餐: 水餃12顆.燙空心菜

水分:普洱茶1000cc.

運動:踏步機30分鐘
