今天遲到好幾天的小紅終於來了

早餐:火腿起司蛋三明治1份.

午餐:池上便當<客家小炒.油豆腐.小白菜.菜豆>

晚餐:加班~羊肉炒麵

水分:普洱茶1000cc.黑糖水400cc

運動:踏步機30分鐘

今天的午餐跟晚餐都不是減肥的人該吃的...
