下午茶:旺旺仙貝2片.泡南瓜蔬菜湯.

晚餐:滷味<油豆腐*3.海帶結*3.素腸*1>燙地瓜葉1大盤

水分:普洱茶1000cc.黑糖水300cc

運動:踏步機30分鐘 

每天都好想吃東西~
明明知道控制飲食比運動重要
但..總是想到吃的....
