We had this school project to create a magazine cover for a special issue about global warming. This is my design.
I wanted to create a fun-looking and humorous cover that makes people smile. I did the penguins and the drawing. The original pictures of polar bear and the background were downloaded from internet, and I edited them in Photoshop.
Finally, after 17 months, we are going back to Taiwan again. This time is for 2009 Chinese New Year and the family reunion. We will stay in Taipei for only ten days and hopefully we will visit most of our relatives and close friends.
We also want to visit some new attractions in Taiwan. Any suggestions?

I went to see Frida Kahlo's exhibition at SF MOMA on Friday. I saw a lot of spiritual and physical pains in her paintings. And the one I liked the most is "The Two Fridas." She painted this oil painting after she learned that her husband Rivera had an affair with her younger sister. I wonder if anyone can paint a better heart-broken painting than she did.
Beautiful Losers
I haven't watched this documentary yet, but I am planning to get the ticket and go to San Francisco next weekend to watch it. Is anyone interested in going with me? :)

My husband and I were just talking about Yani Tseng last Thursday, the first day of 2008 McDonald's LPGA Championship. We saw her odd against winning this tournament was 50:1 on USAToday. I thought her chance to win should be higher, after all she finished the 2nd place in 2008 Ginn Open in April.
