寧可因為遺忘一個人
而平靜

不要因為記得一個人
而痛苦

如果
遺忘是如此輕易的事

世界上
也就不會有痛苦了

曾經愛過的那個人
雖然已經淡出了生活

身影
卻在心中默默地加深

雖然過著一個人的日子

卻彷彿
揹負著另一個人般的沉重

只要不刻意遺忘
就不會刻意記得
