第一次作奶酪

第一次作奶酪~~
感謝誌恭的"處方"
材料:鮮奶 300ML
糖25~50g
  吉利丁4片(1片:125cc)
  香草粉(可有可無)
步驟:1.吉利丁用水泡軟
   2.鮮奶+糖+吉利丁(加熱控溫40度).....滴一滴在手上有溫溫的感覺就是了
   3.加鮮奶200cc
   4.網子過濾~冷藏後即可食用~!!
我第一次作的成品~不夠柔軟(還沒辦法帶出場)~~但下次會更好
