瑜珈

最近常常去學瑜珈,
發現瑜珈真的是一個很好的運動,
訓練我的平衡,肌耐力,延展,
雖然我還不是很厲害,但是我真的喜歡上課
有時候沒上反而覺得身體很緊繃,
上完課整個就是很放鬆.....
瑜珈真的很好......
