運動運動~~

自從失業後,整個人懶了起來....

又好像得了嗜睡症,每天一定要睡滿八小時要不爬不起床

好啦,我承認,我是胖了一點,不過我都有在運動喔.....

我食量也不大,也沒吃宵夜、零食的習慣,每個星期至少跑8000,但還是會發胖,我也沒辦法......

努力、加油,不指望變瘦,好歹也要維持別變胖吧   T_T
