颱風的開始...
好多人開始放颱風假
也有好多人要冒著生命危險
上班....

剛剛看了奇摩新聞
聽說南臺灣是近50年來
災情最慘重的...
2死9失蹤
上百人受傷
1500多人受困
逾11萬戶停電
全台76危橋
封了29座

這些
都是人們平時不注意
造成災情重創得例子

政府和地方互推
誰也不想擔這個責任
哀....
誰要來幫幫這些災名阿??
