最近的我~

最近發現有一點管人真的非常難管,如何管理這些人,真得需要一些智慧來想一想,也許有時候可以倘開心胸,聽一聽一些意見換個方式,不要太自式化,久而久之會變得一點動力都沒有,從今天開始我改變換個方式,讓大家知道我的用意在那裏,
