蘋果ㄉ第一天~

今天~是我和璧朱吃蘋果減肥餐~

感覺起來簡單~


但你知道ㄇ?


那會有多餓~



我都好想好想放棄~

但朋友都說~給我看看以前陳阿屁ㄉ毅力~

說真ㄉ~朋友ㄚ~


你災某?肚子餓一直喝白開水~是超想吐ㄉ耶!


所以我一直喝無糖飲料~


唉~改天你ㄇ看到我ㄉ時候~會不會說:小傅長大ㄌ~

哈哈~

因為一直喝冰ㄉ~哈哈~超好笑ㄉ


減肥真ㄉ好累唷!我跟我老公說:如果讓我瘦到我想要ㄉ體重~


我打死不在減肥ㄌ~

因為真ㄉ好難受唷!
