檸檬豆腐起司蛋糕

日本友人和子小姐(かつ子さん)在他的部落格(お豆腐のヘルシーデザート)一文中分享了她做的檸檬豆腐起司蛋糕 

看得我口水直流,

我便寫了封信向他要食譜。

沒想到!

一週之後我收到和子小姐從日本寄來的包裹,裡面裝了滿滿的材料,



好啦~ 這下子,我不做都不行了!

和子小姐的食譜如下:

豆腐のレアーチーズケーキ風***
Tofu fake cheese cake^^
(1) Break Riz cracker( non sweet cracker、about 80g) inside of plastic bag and put milk(about 2 soup spoon) to make it softly.
(2) prepare container. cover by rap inside of Cake container(ケーキ型) (very easy to pull out) and spread to the bottom
(3) Gelatin 15g put into 100cc water, and melt it by 60℃保温(be careful to not be boiled)、then after melt, put 100cc milk into it.
(4) Tofu (一丁)、Lemonlime powder that I send to you (粉末のまま1袋)、Fresh cream(生クリーム)200cc, and Gelatin with milk all together and mix it with the food processor
(6) put  into the Cake container and put into refrigerator.

*I used Orange jam for sauce. Just add fresh Orange juice and orange liqueur. Any kinds of jam will be ok!
Very nutritious and low calorie healthy desert^^!
Tofu(Soy protein )+ VitaminC = produces Collagen!
So, very good for skin beauty too^^

我大概整理一下:

材料:
Riz 餅乾 80克、2湯匙牛奶
吉利丁 15克
100 cc 溫開水
100cc 牛奶
嫩豆腐一盒 (300g )
檸檬果汁粉一包
鮮奶油 200 cc



做法:

(1) 將Riza餅乾放入塑膠袋中壓碎,放入2湯匙牛奶讓碎餅乾變軟
(2) 準備容器(我是用做可脫模的做派的容器),底下鋪保鮮膜(為方便脫模),將碎餅乾均勻壓平在容器底部
(3) 將15克的吉利丁放入100 cc 的溫水中溶解,溶解後再加入100cc牛奶
(4) 將豆腐、檸檬果汁粉、鮮奶油、及(3)放入食物調理機攪勻 (我用貴夫人打)
(5) 將打勻的(4)倒入容器中,放進冰箱冷藏定型,可搭配果醬一起吃。





超簡單的甜點,吃起來很像檸檬派!

和子小姐的食譜是建議搭配芒果醬,我是搭配草莓醬也很好吃喔!

撒姆爾說:很好吃,只是太檸檬!
