新生命的到來

在我還沒準備好的情況下 得知新生命悄悄的來臨了說真的還真的有給他的小緊張
也因為不知所措的情況下工作壓力大到人累斃了
 而導致休息
心疼我的老公 也同意讓我好好的休息
百年寶寶 我好要好好保重 自己的身體
