心情好^^

來了 ~~

今天終於看到了~~

手好酸~~

肩膀也酸~~

可能還不習慣吧 嘿嘿~~

過一陣子就習慣了吧~~

嘿嘿~~今天心情大大的 不錯^_____^


P.S. 但.....胃還是不舒服>"<還在逆流中 噁~~~

  • 胃跟食道間有一塊肌肉
    平常是閉合的(防止胃裡的 東西往上跑)
    吃東西時會打開
    當那片肌肉 受損 就會發生我這樣的情形
    為什麼會這樣捏>"<因為我....
    長期性在睡前吃東西
    暴飲暴食
    三餐不正常>"<就會了
    所以 我體重 才會爆增 10公斤
