波子家最愛家常菜の薯仔燜腩排



材料:

腩排 250 克 [8 安士/6.5 兩] [切塊]
薯仔 250 克 [8 安士/6.5 兩] [薯仔去皮洗淨切角]
洋蔥1/2個 切片


調味料:
水 250 毫升 [1 杯]
鹽1茶匙
糖1茶匙
蠔油 4 湯匙



做法:

1. 燒熱鑊,下油將薯仔微煎至金黃色,盛起備用
2. 洋蔥、腩排放入鑊內略爆香,加半湯匙紹酒,再下調味料煮滾。
3. 調味料煮滾後,加入薯仔用慢火炆煮約15分鐘,即可上碟。
