時時關心 時時鼓勵

現在升上實習幹部了
很多事不像之前的工作方式
做自己滴工作以外
還要注意同事間滴舉動
時時關心

而不是我想像中滴那樣

就像仔常掛在嘴邊說滴
「不要把你滴員工想得很聰明」
我想這應該是做幹部滴第一個要挑戰滴
時時關心 時時鼓勵
是我目前最想學習滴
