雞腿肉用蝦油,紹興酒浸泡一個晚上




再用棉繩綑綁緊


放入枸杞,當歸,紹興酒
不用淹過肉
大約8分滿
放入電鍋,外鍋半杯水
電源跳起來即可拔掉插頭,悶熟就可
放入冰箱,冰2-3天即可食用




還不錯吃呢
