有關學生在學期間完成報告著作權歸屬之問題心得

 報告是老師最常拿來當作業的了，進入大學，寫報告的機會更是增加，
所以有關報告著作權的歸屬問題，我們更應該知道，而且老師也幾乎不會跟我們說
這些觀念。如果撰寫報告的同時，老師也有跟著一起餐與討論，那麼報告便屬共同創作，
便享有公共行使著作權的權益。所以我們在做報告前，有關這個部分也必須先釐清才是，
才不會最後又有爭議跑出來。
