音樂著作篇心得

這跟我們的生活應該是最貼近了吧，現在大家都有mp3、ipod，甚至是手機就能從網路上下載音樂，
而不願花錢去支持唱片公司的cd，但如果一不小心從不合法的網站下載音樂，
很有可能就會觸犯到法律，所以我們最好自己要小心點。至於現在業者出版cd，
不管是另行錄製或者是翻唱歌曲，都更應該要注意到著作權的行使才是。
