視聽著作篇心得

我們平常在聽的cd或者是dvd就是有關視聽的製作，意思就是有關影像及音樂纇的東西，
這些東西都要有所謂的原創性，就是指在作品中能看出最低限度的思想情感表達， 才會有著作權的保護，
所以像是A片或是監視器所錄出的影像，便不具備著作權的保護，這點到是令人驚訝的。
還有像是如果我們跟別人共同創作視聽著作時，也要好好注意彼此之間著作權權益的行使。
如果想要改編別人的著作或是想延接續集的話，也必須注意到它的改作權。
