酒

連上二天的酒課

才知道Whisky的等級不只在於年份
好的Whisky分為五個等級
一、single malt Scotch Whisky
二、Blended malt  Scotch Whisky
三、Blended Scotch Whisky
四、single Grain  Scotch Whisky
五、Blended Grain  Scotch Whisky

而且好的Whisky一定要為Scotch唷！

上了課我發現最愛的Johnnie Walker黑牌，他並不是Scotch Whisky
(上課的老師sam說那是老人比較愛喝的酒)，天丫老人乀．．

The Famous Grouse是調和式的Whisky用純麥和穀類調合而成的

GLENMORANGIE是單一純麥Whisky唷

上了課，品了酒，讓我更愛Whisky

下次喝酒時我會好好的品嚐他的香氣和味道不再只是一昧的喝酒啦！

和Ruth約好下次要一起喝 "銀雀"，好期待唷
