羊肉燴飯作法~

材料:
羊肉片/菠菜/蒜末/蠔油(醬油高)/沙茶醬/太白粉/
鹽/香菇精(味精)

作法:
1.起油鍋把蒜末炒香沙茶醬3大匙炒香
加入菠菜.羊肉翻炒至7分熟,再放蠔油2大匙,
  水2碗煮滾加入少許鹽.香菇精
2.再以太白粉水勾芡即可.

*白飯加入羊肉燴就是一道美味的羊肉燴飯了~
