巧克力蛋糕


<巧克力蛋糕>

材料:

低筋麵粉125g
馬鈴薯粉125g
泡打粉1小匙
奶油225g
糖225g
香草粉1/4小匙
大雞蛋4個
檸檬皮1小匙
可可粉2大匙
蘭姆酒2大匙
苦甜巧克力75g
 
 

作法:

1.融化巧克力,拌入可可粉和酒待用
2.室溫軟化奶油加糖打發,慢慢加入蛋打發
3.加入檸檬皮拌勻後,慢慢篩入粉類拌勻
4.二分之一麵糊加入(1)拌勻
5.兩色的麵糊分批到入模型,裝模,180℃烤一小時
