心定

心定,就不會緊張,也就不會恐慌，走進婚姻已近三十年頭，從單純中到複雜，從迷糊的年輕沒有任何幻想的小女孩到今日的一路走來，但還無法自己，乞求上蒼助我從此心定下來，思緒簡單些ˋ放下些
不然就讓我儘快清醒起來吧!
