本來要去貓空,聽聞雨聲+大腿鐵腿,,噗
就又倒下去了,,
而今天,真的,,都在昏睡,,一直覺的睡不飽,,
直到,,中午時,才真的,有感覺,,睡飽樣,,
但,,大腿鐵腿還是在的,,,
但,還是得去消乳酸~
而今天量,嚇死人,我怎麼又變肥了,,跑到66kg了,也害
粉想,早上起來慢跑,,消脂,,但,,都起不來,,唉,,
回到家後,先泡澡按摩,再吃飯,再回住所,,,,,,,,,,
1.要減肥
2.輕鬆跑,,基本要維持在15k,,,最近都沒做到~
