今天本來是要排400m間接,突然,又不想跑,但也不想跑輕鬆跑,所以決定來個200m間接
就設定以10趟,全力衝,,,
20趟還太累了,很難~
而10趟,全力衝,,衝了5趟後,腿己疲軟了~

10趟就ok,再來5趟100m,,這是今天想練的課表~
結束後慢跑5圈,拉筋收操
