1/11河濱慢跑5k

這兩天咳到,晚上沒什麼睡,体能回復很慢
全身身体,就是疲累~及近期,操的量也算是算是滿多的
所以,慢跑5k,就好,今天早一點睡,希望晚上不要又一直咳到睡來,不易睡~
