想說休了這幾天,足跟痛是好多,但,走路時,還是會感覺到,,無言
想要足跟好,,,,除非,停練數個月吧,或許吧,,,,,

跑前体重:67.7kg太肥了,,,
或許是休了數天,腳可以忍到回去,,不過
氣,還是不及回復及恆光橋折返後,剩下最後3k都在撐住回去,,

今天遇到,,老蕭,,會長象錄,,太久沒有遇到,,想了好久,才叫出來
真對不起會長,象錄,,,,呵呵

一樣練習長距離慢跑及減肥,,,,
