5/5-河濱感覺跑10k

第1輪01-05k每k為(4:54, 4:41, 4:31, 4:32, 4:20)--23:00
第2輪06-10k每k為(4:24, 4:23, 4:17, 4:22, 4:11)--44:39
調整跑1k(4:45)--49:24

今天大腿的疲累度還是有
跑起來還是沈重的,就設定10k
邊跑時,想說5k就好,但又撐了下去,就再1輪
勉強完成課表10k
