10/7晚-輕鬆跑53分

原本想說,如回復後,今天要跑400m的,,
結果,
=.=昨天,真的用到太晚了,也沒有做拉筋按摩,,,,就趕去上床睡覺,,,
今日起來,哇咧咧,,,我的腿,,,,好硬的,,呀,,,
不是乳酸痛,,而是,,腿,硬邦邦,,,,,,

所以,,今天就和天波班一起快樂跑,,其實,我跑的滿不順的,,因為
腿,,太,,硬了,,
不過,過了30分後,,腿也漸漸的,,舒解了,,,
但原則上,,,腿,,想跑的意思,,,是,,不想動也,,噗,,
跑到53分,,因為我是晚跑,,,,大家也不跑了,,那我也進場休息嚕,,

所以,這和我講說,,,操課後,,,,一定要做好操拉筋,,不然,隔日,嘿嘿,,,,=.=

十點半了,,早一點睡覺嚕,,昨天,,太晚睡了,,今天還是覺的精神疲累,,睡覺去嚕
