    基本訓練吧,我還算是少也
    這樣多少會增加一些肌肉,,
    再改變,,紅,白肌,,變多,,,
    255,,不可能的啦,,
    還太搖遠了,,先破自己的303,再說嚕,,而303里程還不足也,,噗
    先能再推1分,就粉不錯了,,
